At Semper Fi Storage, we will make certain you are completely satisfied with your decision to store with us, as your valuables are extremely important to keep secure. Semper Fi Storage offers affordable storage solutions for all your storage needs. All of our units include easy access drive-up units with either roll-up or overhead doors. Building #1 was just completed in October, 2023, with 24 total units. There are twenty 10’ X 20’ units and four 12’ X 40’ units with drive-thru capability. Building #2 with nineteen 10’ X 40’ storage units with drive-thru capability will be available for rent on February 1, 2024. We have concrete pavement throughout our entire facility allowing for a clean environment inside and outside of each unit. Cleanliness, affordability and easy accessibility are top priorities of ours!
What Size Storage Unit Do You Need?
Our 10’ X 20’ units provide 200 sq. ft. of space, which holds the contents of a two bedroom home, motorcycles, ATVs, smaller boats or snowmobiles. These are easy-access drive-up units with roll-up doors. $95 a month
Our 12’ X 40’ units provide 480 sq. ft. of space, which holds the contents of a three to four bedroom home, camper, car, large boat, or machinery. These are easy-access drive-up units with overhead doors and drive-thru capability. $275 a month (*Or $350 a month with electric)
Our 10’ x 40’ units provide 400sq. ft., which holds the contents of a three-car garage, three to four bedroom home, large boat, or machinery. $190 a month

We have 10' X 20' and 10'X40' units with 9' wide X 8' high roll-up doors and 12’ X 40’ drive-thru units with 10’ X 10’ overhead doors for easy loading and unloading.

24 Hour Access
We provide you with convenient access to your storage unit 24/7, 365 days a year.
LED Security
Our storage facility features LED security lighting for maximum safety and visibility during nighttime hours.
Paved Complex
We provide you with clean, paved storage units that have a paved surface around all buildings. We provide 40’ between buildings so renters will have a very large turning radius.

This place has lots of nice options to fit your storage needs ranging from smaller units without electricity if not needed up to much larger units that can store very large items such as boats, trailers, etc. that also have electricity and pull through options making navigation a piece of cake. The lighting and paved drive/lot around the area makes it feel very safe and easy to use and the owners are very reputable and reliable people from the local Fond du Lac community, which makes it easy to want to support this business. Very nice storage facilities. A 57 Chevy would fit in these units with room to spare.
